Now it is festival time for us.In india we celebrate all festivals with our family.We wear new dresses.We buy new things like vehicles,things for home.We enjoy with our relatives.Children do play and enjoy.All father's make a sit and talk about their life and bussiness.Older's sit together and talk with each other.But mother's always settle in kitchen.They think about the food;What food to cock now ?.Here is the question arrived.At this sweet festivel moment,Something delicious sweets should be there to serve.Is it right ?So here is the one sweet to cock at this mood.

JILEBI : 

Jilebi can be prepared in two ways.One is in instant method and another one is in Traditional method.Now we talk about the traditional method.Because,this is traditional festival.So,we have to prepare jilebi in traditional method.Taste also is best in this second method




Preaparation :

  1. Take a bowl, pour Maida and mix it well.
  2. Add a table spoon Cornflour to the Maida.
  3. Additon to it,Add 1/4 tablespoon of Baking Powder and a very samll quantity of Turmic Powder to them.
  4. Finally and 1/4 cup of Curd and pour some Water as required.
  5. Mix them well till become hard.
  6. Close the bowl with one pure cloth and Keep well the bowl somewhere for 24hrs at room temperature;To make them become fermentation.
  7. After 24hrs,remove the cloth on the bowl and stir the result with stirrer till it become little molten.It should not be completely fluid.
  8. Pour this into the Jilebi maker or in the empty kerchief bottle.
  9. Take half cup Sugar,Saffron Flower (if needed),Elaichi's Powder,and Water into a big bowl.
  10. Put the bowl on the stove in medium.
  11. Make them as caramel And add lemon at the end.
  12. Then caramel for Jilebi is ready.
  13. Take a big Kadai and pour oil and some ghee also into it.
  14. Take the Jilabi maker and prepare Jilabi in round.
  15. Make the Jilabi to fry for more time till get the colur.
  16. Take out the fried Jilabi's and pour them into luke warm caramel.
  17. Leave them for some time.
  18. Tilt the Jilabi's in the caramel and take out and serve them hot.
